Marg is awesome! Straight shooter by every definition and Idr the other driver I really likes name but he's great too

I had a dog with me and they had absolutely no issue with letting her in. The drivers are really friendly. I felt safe and comfortable which doesn't happen with vets cab.

Service is friendly enough but often slow, leaving it hard to know when to call for your ride and a little screwed if you run into a need for an immediate ride. They need more man hours in cars and to bring back the debit machine.

I originally called Vet cab to go from Amherstburg to the Windsor airport. Vet cab told me I had to call my local cab service. I called ahead and arranged for a cab with Amherstburg Taxi. I ask about the fees and it was a $55.00 flat rate to the airport. When I arrived at the airport, the driver told me he would only accept CASH. I said I didn't have the cash. He insisted on cash and even offered to drive me to various places to find an ATM. Here I am at the airport about the board and plane and this scammer wants to drive me around town so I can withdraw money from my bank account and give it to him. It appears to me that this company is not reporting their income to the tax man. Beware. I would not recommend this company.

Marge will get ya where you need to be. Got questions along the way? Too bad. This ain’t Uber. Marge has places to be. 10/10.

Marg is amazing! Stranded by an uber that didn't arrive Marg came a distance to pick us up on our girls trip and she was so kind and hospitable.

Marge from this company is the worst customer service person I have ever spoke twos. Argumentative and rude is the nicest I can describe her. My wedding was impacted by their poor company and true terrible service

Changing a 5 star to a 2 We often have used this service and usually no issues when we are just calling to get home from a night out. However, we had planned ahead to be picked up at a predetermined time. Called twice to ensure the pick up time and they said it would be no issue. When it was 10 minutes past the pick up time we called to see how long they would be, but the dispatcher had no clue about the pick up... Suddenly he remembered and advised that it will take another 10 minutes to pick us up. We had a deadline to meet and planned accordingly. Unfortunately, they did not keep up with this planned departure time. Very disappointing. Only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because they are usually very friendly and on time. If you need a planned departure time... Don't count on them to be there without a reminder....

I had to have my child ( with special needs) picked up from school and brought home as I was not in town to do so. Having never used this service...I was a little hesitant. The gentleman I spoke with was I!! Not only did he help me out with non specifics...he also called me to let me know my son was home safe, he had been paid and he hoped he feels better soon.I will fully recommend this service, anytime...thankful they were available, my son had a great experience and blessed to have someone like this gentleman help my boy when I couldn't.

The drivers are rude and the business is inconsistent. Only some of the drivers take e-transfer. Only some of the drivers have debit. it’s a shame that this service has gone downhill so fast. Nobody under 30 has cash on them. All your drivers should be taking e-transfer. I really wish we could get Uber or Lyft in this town. Hopefully one day.
