My Little Nail Spa

I've been going there since the get go. The place is very pretty, bright and clean hence the few stars BUT when I started there my nails would always break within a week. I've retried going multiple times to give them chances, even mentioned it to them. I decided to try one more time, mind you it costed me $140 for a shellac pedicure and refill with shellac. I went on a Monday and on the Saturday one nail broke. I called to have it fixed and got told they were busy. I can understand being busy but as a client, that just paid, I could've been squeezed in somewhere while you are doing others. The girl was nonchalant, I told her this happens often and she could not care to find a solution. Very disappointing. I will not be returning there at all. Side note, I work in an office and so my nails should be lasting. I also am aware of another client having the same issue as well as I've seen some walk ins for nail repairs while getting my refills done. Please adjust your methods and take this as constructive. I am in business myself, and client feedback should be important.

Fabulous spot! Staff are super friendly and efficient. Thao (Tiffany) did an absolutely fabulous job on my nails - (extensions with powder dip) and it took much less time than other places I’ve been before but with no impact on quality. They will have a lifelong customer in me!

Best nail salon I have ever been to. Not only do they do an amazing job with my nails, but they are also so friendly and welcoming. They take their time, they are gentle and they always make them look fantastic. The salon is also kept super clean. I will always be coming here!!

This is my ultimate favourite spa. It’s impeccably clean, stylish and the staff is highly skilled and very friendly. Tao (the owner) and her husband are so attentive to details and aim to make your experience at their spa a wonderful one. Every detail is taken care of. They work extremely hard to offer clients a great and affordable experience. You’ll never want to go anywhere else once you give it a try! Highly recommend!

I cannot express how much I adore this salon!! Tiffani always does an amazing job. She takes her time and is very attentive. The staff knows their stuff! I’ve never been disappointed and always look forward to my visit.

An east end GEM. I have been to several nail salons and this one is unmatched. I have been 4 times now for a combination of dip powder manicures as well as deluxe and regular pedicures and will not turn back.For starters, the staff are experienced and kind. Jennifer is an ARTIST; she executes your nail visions to a T. Hand washing station includes soap from Bath & Body Works, pedicure chairs include the massage option, staff members offer a variety of beverage options to customers, and there are tons of colour options.Lastly, the salon itself is gorgeous. It has beautiful plants, is thoroughly cleaned, AND for those of you who appreciate organization - the nail polish colours are sorted.If you’re thinking about giving this salon a try I HIGHLY recommend it. Like me, it’ll become your new favourite spot.

I love, love this nails salon! They are the best! I been doing my nails for many years. Found them while I drove on St Joseph. Will never go elsewhere!!! I am hooked on ombre manicure !
