Grow Women Leaders

I had an interview with this person Sia Saffa but sometime she uses another name, at the very beginning of the interview she started asking me where am I from and if I had work permit, I answered yes, she started looking at my resume and said I don't have any qualifications for the position, I was confuse about what position I applied to because probably was time ago, so I asked her if she could remind me, after that she said I should know what position I applied to and then started acting rude and sarcastic. I dont recommend women to go to this place. You know that statistic says most women don't apply to jobs because they feel they are not qualified while men apply to jobs even if they are not qualified? you are pushing women back to feel more insecure, you should do the opposite, specially if you are a women organization and pro inmigrant. She even said to me I am not an inmigrant and was very xenofobist with me.
