Took my daughter to get her ears pierced and Jolene was absolutely fantastic. Made my daughter feel at ease and took her time waiting with my incredibly indecisive kid. She was extremely kind and just wonderful. Thank you Jolene!

Got my nose piercing done. I was there on tuesday afternoon , the girl was really nice and helpful. Definitely recommend this location, but never go to the surrey location the staff there is rude and unprofessional coz i went there first to get my nose pierced but they were like we don't do it here.

Please, PLEASE do NOT get your ears pierced here.I'm sure the employees are lovely here and are just doing their jobs, but it is incredibly unsanitary to use a piercing gun, and it can cause a lifetime's worth of damage to the ear, especially if it's a child's. Please do your research and get ears pierced from a professional, with a needle, for the exact same price, without the lasting consequences.On the other side of the coin, just to be completely fair, the jewelry here is fun, and great for kids. If they've already gotten their ears pierced, they have some great, budget choices sometimes, with buy three, get three, etc. The quality, of course, isn't going to be great, but if you need many styles of earrings and aren't going to be wearing one or the other for too long of a time, then yeah, go for it.They have pretty kitschy stuff that is perfect for kids and those with varying tastes, but the quality is bad, they support piercing ears with piercing guns, and some of the better quality items they sell are incredibly overpriced. I'd skip it if I were you.

The manager hovers and makes you feel like a thief, constantly checking what you have in your bag and right behind you when you go through earrings and things. Don't go unless you want to feel like you're helping to steal something

Took my 9 yo grand daughter in to get her ears pierced. The only employee in the front was standing in the doorway at the back speaking to someone I couldn’t see. I caught her eye and motioned that we required help and she basically ignored me. Well I was heading for the front where they do the job, she was still standing, yakking, ignoring us. I got out my phone and called the store, when she answered I told her I was at the front and the child was ready. She was confused so I stepped out where she could see me and she then told me she was busy, there was a customer waiting. I was the ONLY person in the store. She never clued in that I was on the phone. I took the little ones hand and went to the other place at 7 oaks mall.

The staff are always nice but everything i buy there breaks. If you buy earrings, nose rings, anything with jewels, count on them falling out in the first day to a week.
