I've had the best experience getting laser hair removal treatment at this salon. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about laser treatments. I've done 3 sessions so far & the results have been great! Other aspects that make this a good experience for me is that the salon is clean, designed professionally and parking is available at the front .I highly recommend their services!

I received laser hair removal on my arms in August of 2021 and was burned, leaving white marks after the scabs fell off (see pics). I requested my money back to which the owner (Beata) offered to give only a portion back and I agreed however, she never paid me. She eventually told me that I went into the sun and that I cannot prove I didn't, so she doesn't feel the responsibility is on her business. I have brown skin and do not need to tan so implying that I went into the sun to burn myself is ridiculous. I have reported her to the better business bureau as well as filed a consumer protection report.
