The store itself has nice looking products. But we ordered a natural edge dining table from here for the house assuming a reasonable timeline to get the product. However, this is not the case.We placed the order in late October and have been waiting (now close to mid February) for the dining table. I understand supply chain issues but frankly speaking, this is ridiculous. What is worse is that they keep calling as the date approaches and extend it a month or so out and have done so multiple times. The current expected date to delay: End of March. At this point, we are looking to cancel. Absolutely ridiculous waiting for a dining table for this long.My advice to anyone shopping here: if they do not have it in stock, don't trust the timeline they give you at all. Go get it from somewhere else.

HORRIBLE customer service. Paid for two chairs and was told the second will be shipped to store and ready for pick up in a week. Called a few times to follow up and was told it would come in the next shipment. Went to pick up a week later and was told that there was no frame in the same colour and we would have take a different colour frame. So we sucked it up and took the different coloured chair frame home. Noticed the frame was damaged so we took it bAck for repair. When we went to pick it up there was a new spot that was damaged. The employee insisted it was originally there ….

Bought a amazing sectional unbeatable price and top notch quality! Costumer service perfect. Had a small rip on the stitching on one of the section's and they replaced the hole piece no problem. Can't ask for better service.

Came across the store in Tsawwassen Mills by chance. We were looking to buy some furniture for our new place and fell in love with the collection here. Ended up buying some coffee tables and accent chairs - and wished we had known about this store prior to purchasing furniture from another store. We had help in-store from Ms. Arsh. She was fantastic - walked around with us and answered all our questions very patiently. Scheduled delivery and installation as well - and it was a very smooth process. Would be happy to buy from here again. Great designs!

Nine months ago in November 2018, I bought a side dining table cabinet and after it was shipped we found that it was broken and looked second hand. We called the manager's store and wanted to change it with a new one but nothing happened. I will never buy anything from Accent@Home again. I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

We had to come by the store a couple of times to find a reasonable customer service representative and eventually had Sukhman sell us our couch; he was super nice! I would wait for one of their sales which are on often, offering either % off or no tax.The couch we bought was already in stock in their warehouse so we got a delivery date right away, cost $190 - I got a call the same day with my 3 hour window during which they would arrive. They brought everything in and set up the couch and took all the cardboard and plastic waste with them when they left!

Vish was a very intuitive, non pressure sales person. He was knowledgable and very helpful when we needed to return a item.

Was looking at a corner couch there, nice. Like it but not sure of price $1500 ! Lots of nice furniture i suppose. Worth going in to look at. Not many furniture stores in the Ladner/Tsawwassen area !

Stopped in on a trip from the island to the mainland - I was looking for a few items to furnish a new appt and was driving a van anyways. They had everything that I wanted IN-STOCK (which almost never happens with furniture stores) and were very pleasant to deal with. Assembly was a breeze and quality seems great for the price. Overall, very satisfied. They even took one of the pieces out of the showroom for me and wrapped it very well so it wouldn't get damaged!

Worst service and products we could have bought. We first were told that the bed frame we ordered would be in stock in 2 weeks and they would ship our whole order (bed frame, dining table, bench, and dining chairs) together.Sounds great we move in 1 week so that gives us time to get settled and make space.We waited and after the 2 week mark and hearing nothing at all I call in to see the status (June 30th). First the guy on the phone was rude and cutting me off saying he was too busy and trying to load the truck…. Ok that’s not my problem, and you could pass the phone to one of the other 5-6 people in the store. I had to suggest to him that solution before he would actually try to, not go above and beyond for good customer service, but to literally do the minimum required for his job description….Never the less he calls me back in 20 minutes and says the warehouse has our bed frame in stock and he can schedule us in for a delivery on Monday July 5th (today!), awesome thank you for figuring that out even if you didn’t want to.Well…. July 5th rolls around, i get a call at 10am… “oh hi your bed frame isn’t in stock and won’t be for 3-4 months, so we will hold your dining set until it gets here and ship together”. I said absolutely not, you will ship the dining set and I will be seeking at a MINIMUM a refund….The bed frame was in stock 5 days ago and now its not?! That means you delivered our bed frame somewhere else after it was confirmed to be shipped out?!?!? the answer i get was “sorry i wasn’t the one who sold it to you”.In the end they brought the dining furniture as requested. The box looks like it has been opened before, and the product itself looks like it was a return that they had sitting in the warehouse to re-ship to someone (in this case us). The table is stained yellow, there are chips out of it, there are brown streaks of something on it. It’s absolutely disgusting.AVOID THIS STORE AND COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!!! I should have gone somewhere a bit higher premium on price tag that would actually delivered what I paid for which is what i will be doing once i get my refund…
