I am extremely impressed with the results that Richard delivered. From the beginning, he was very thorough and communicated very clearly what his goals were. I appreciated his level of care by asking what my expectations were, and outlining truthfully how he would work to meet my needs. Richard is a full-service, detail-oriented man. The most important thing I will say is that my car has never been detailed and it is a well-used 10+ year old car, but Richard was totally up for the challenge! From pet hair, to contaminants from sickness my vehicle is clean, smells amazing, shiny, everything I was looking for. Richard was very professional. I reached out to Richard after an unfortunate run-in my dog and I had with a skunk. My car REEKED and I honestly thought I’d never be able to get the smell out. Richard said he’d do his best - his best was above and beyond what I expected.Aside from the smell of skunk, my car was a MESS - pet hair, dirt, and deep stains in the seats that were 6 years old. I have also never gotten my car detailed, by the way. Ever. I truly thought it was a lost cause. He managed to get 90% of the stains out and the backseats were so clean, you wouldn’t have known that I owned a dog. My floor mats were so clean, it looked like I had just picked up a brand new car from a dealership.I have to say, I was a little skeptical of all the 5-star reviews. I just didn’t think anyone would be that good. But Richard is THAT good. I will only be going to Richard from now on, for this vehicle and all future vehicles I own. He is 100% worth the money, and he truly cares about his clients and making sure they are completely satisfied with the service he is providing. I can’t thank him enough for completing turning my car around from absolute trash to almost brand new.
