This is the worst pharmacy I have been to the store isn't too bad staff can be slow at times but the pharmacy is absolutely terrible. 45 minutes to put 14 pills in a bottle is pathetic. The pharmacists here are lazy and rude expecting customers to treat them as if they belong on a pedestal. I'm sorry your 30 dollar an hour and up job of basic computer usage and having to put pills in a little bottle like a glorified drug dealer is so tough but maybe you should go try a real job then. The entire medical industry seems to be full of whiney silver spoon crybabies so glad I pay taxes for such fantastic healthcare.

Pharmacy has no idea what they are doing. I asked them about faxing my application for the compassionate care program for the freestyle libre 2. We've never heard of that before". A couple weeks later I went to pick up my insulin that i had phoned in the prescription for. I recently switched from another pharmacy to Shoppers and this was my first time getting my insulin from there. They tried to charge me $207. I've been diabetic for 25 years and never pay more than $1 for my insulin. I told them how my insulin is normally covered and they tried to tell me I had to phone provincial health because "something changed". I then gave them my bluecross card since I have personal coverage through them and they still tried to charge me $130. I waited more than half hour for them to try and figure it out. My 94 year old grandmother was waiting in the car so I left without my insulin

Paul and his staff are fantastic. This is my go-to pharmacy (family of 6) and never had any issue with wait times. The optimum program is very good and they usually have some awesome sales.

We love the new owner Paul at this Shoppers Drug Mart, not to sound like stalkers but...my Wife and I refuse to use any other pharmacist in town, and have been following Paul when he has changed his workplace several times and have settled on this store. I have no doubt he will be hugely successful here as he is an awesome person to deal with on all things health related.

I was looking for the nice fragnance and Courtney was there in cosmetic area. She was very welcoming and very helpful. She helped us to buy right fragnance .Thank you.

Pc program is a joke. You have to spend money in the store to use your points. So even if you have 30 $ worth of points you have to buy something. Also you can only spend in 10$ increments. And you have to spend over that before taxes to use it. So for example. I had to spend 12$ to use my 10$ in points making your points really only worth 8$ then, before taxes. Also according to redeeming regulations on website you CAN use 30$ at same time, but not in Swift Current.. they stand they and count all the pennys in the taxes to be sure you can use your 10$ in points. . Considering their prices are so high you’d think it would be a little better deal. And they would be a little more lenient. Nope. Staff makes you feel real special. Like a loser. Thanks!

Shopping there is alright, but when you walk in and get an over powering, almost asthma attack causing, wave of scents its cause enough to not even go.

almost every time i go into the store i have to wait for a cashier to finish stocking shelfs before they will ring me thru till. this place need self-check outs they have 5 tills at front of store and usually only have one person there. they will wait till line up is almost to back of store before call the second cashier

Great store. I always find the staff friendly and helpful. The optimum points program has saved me hundreds of dollars. The cosmetics department is fantastic. Love the special events and demonstrations. I am a regular customer and always pleased. I don't use the pharmacy so can't rate that. For the people complaining about wait time, have you considered calling ahead or using an app? I call ahead to my pharmacy and never have to wait.
