As a first time home owner, we are very excited and a bit anxious in this journey. It’s such a good relief that finally, we get to move in a big spacious place and we get to move around a little bit more than our previous place. Ray was great! It took 4 months to find our new condo and Ray stuck with us every step of the way. When we started, he did an amazing job of explaining the whole process so that we would know what to expect. Every weekend he was viewing condos with us and helping us submit offers. It's a tough market and Ray made sure all of our valuations were fair. Always answering our random questions throughout the whole process.
