Dr. Diana Diao

Dr. Diao has such a friendly, calming voice/demeanour I always feel at ease. She listens to my concerns and I never feel rushed at appointments. I was referred to her by my GP for dermatology and decided to use her for cosmetics as well. I'm so glad she's my doctor!

Receptionist was rude, she might had a rough day? But give me wrong number as well as no patient it’s so unprofessional.

Dr Diao worked with me to cure my acne after unsuccessfully using drugstore remedies since I was a teenager (I’m 37 now). Professional, courteous and respectful of my time, I can’t believe it took me this long to seek her expertise. Would highly recommend Dr. Diao.

My family member had a skin spot that needed looking at and was referred to Dr. Diao by his family doctor. The wait time for her was staggering but she is worth it. She was super kind and informative. She really took the time to explain things to him and put him at ease. Sucks that there are so few dermatologists out there. Thank you, Dr. Diao!

One of the worst Dermatologists in the city. She has not only sent a letter of defamation of my character to my family doctor, she has never met me, which makes this letter one of outright slander. She and her administrative staff broke patient doctor confidentiality when I specifically directed that the medical information I gave the administrative staff not be directed back to my GP. Not only did they completely disregard my wishes they lied to my face and phoned my GP while I was in the clinic, handed me the phone and the GP proceeded to relay back to me, exactly what I had explicitly told the staff at Pacific Derm not to relay to my GP. Unfortunately my GP was put in the middle of this situation and their precious time wasted due to the lack of competency of this clinic and Dr. Diana Diao's staff. I have since received a letter from my GP's clinic from Dr. Diana Diao cancelling an upcoming appointment that was scheduled out 1 year in advance and her personal views on why she does not want to see me, slandering my character. Keep in mind we have never met - baseless lies.If you want professional medical care and need to see a skin specialists, stay far away from Dr. Diana Diao and the clinic she is associated with at Pacific Derm. They are only interested in deep pocketed patients looking to drop cash on expensive skin care products and cosmetic beautification, they refuse to help those who need serious medical attention.One star too many!
