I haven’t bought a house since the 80s, just a few decades. Since it was a new build, there was no house inspection, just a warranty.Fast forward to 2023 in a new city/province we found a rental house for me to become acclimated, my wife has been here, down island, for over forty years.After 18 months we knew Parksville was our forever home so we started looking for a house to buy.
