Dr. Mai Ghoneim is the best dr I have ever had. I’ve had drs in BC, AB & SK and she sets the bar high for good attentive care. She sincerely listens to you and is very through. She is literally the gold standard in health care.

Absolute garbage. I have issues contacting or booking appointments every single time. This place is a joke don't waste your time. Over two years and can't get an in person booking.

It was supposed to be my first assessment (through phone, less than 5mins) but I felt like I was rejected instantly. Since that was a scheduled call, I was assuming at least I will be asked what I am experiencing or whatever. The dr was in hurry and suggested that I should book another appointment with a lady doctor to assess me, so i need to wait for another 2 weeks just to be accommodated. Oh well, I just said that's it"?"

Booked my appointment weeks ago and was not a in office appointment. But I didn't even receive a call or nothing. Absolutely the worst clinic. Future people don't bother wasting ur time Here.

The office sent an incorrect phone number to a referral. When I brought this up with the office I was berated by the doctor. Not an admin worker, the DOCTOR took the time to phone me and speak to me like I was stupid and wrong. I told him that this is what I had been told by the specialists office and yet I was treated horribly. I have thankfully found a new clinic. Previous visits I was rushed and felt dismissed. I do not recommend this clinic.

This is literally the worst clinic I've ever had the displeasure to deal with in my entire life. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone, and they make it that way with their ridiculous phone system. No one will respond to you on email either unless you send several follow-up emails. The email says they will take 5 business days to respond and tells you to call the clinic or talk to the doctors.. which I've been unable to do for months, calling multiple times a day!It is impossible to book an in-person appointment without doing a phone appointment first, which feels like a cash grab to me. I've been chastised by other doctors for making phone appointments when the matter would've needed a physical examination, but this clinic forces you to book a phone appointment regardless of the problem!The admin staff is so unresponsive that I've had to resort to making an appointment with the doctor just so I can ask her about administrative matters. Again this is a waste of MSP money and I wonder whether this clinic does it on purpose to get more revenue.It wasn't so bad half a year ago, but something changed and it's now just a completely unusable clinic. We didn't have a family doctor and desperately needed one, but now that the fee structure has changed in BC, we expect more family doctors to be available and this clinic will not survive with any sort of competition.I am already in the process of changing to another clinic.

I never got the chance to meet with the doctor. This rating is based on the fact that I emailed the clinic for a time sensitive appointment (because I was having issues with the online booking system), and they still haven’t responded to me. It’s been 3 weeks now, and I was supposed to get a response within 5 business days. I’d rather just go through the Richmond GP portal to look for a new GP because this first impression isn’t worth my energy to continue with this clinic.

it's practically IMPOSSIBLE to book an appointment here. The dr I saw for my own issues disregarded everything I said, and wouldnt respect my wishes. I also brought my son here for a basic ear infection , and they were over an hour late, and also said he was fine and was just cranky and sensitive". Turns out after being examined elsewhere he actually had an ear infection. Im in process of looking for a new clinic. Our family will not be returning."

The person at the front desk was really rude, she changed my appointment without telling me, and the front desk doesn't want to meet a doctor's...The doctor keeps telling me that she can schedule a phone appointment for the following day or today, but the receptionist isn't transferring my calls to her. Despite the fact that my family doctor, Dr. Medha Karmarkar, is quite helpful and her treatment was very effective, the front desk makes it impossible for me to contact her.

Absolutely the worst. I made an appointment weeks ago, thought it was an in person appointment but found out it was a phone call. Fine. Waited over 20 min at the specified appointment time, no call. I went back to work and saw the doctor called and left a message. Called back and was told that this was totally acceptable that I should have to wait by the phone. I was then told to hang up because I was next in line. The doctor never called me back.This was in the middle of the work day where I had cleared out some time for this specific appointment. I totally understand that the doctor is important, but my time is important too. I had the courtesy to make the time to show up. They did not. Not even an apology that they were late or anything. The message left on my phone made it seem like I missed the appointment time, so they were doing me a favour by possibly calling me back.Now I have to find another doctor and wait even longer. So much for helping.
