Shamanic Energy Healing - HIGHLY RECOMMMEND - Take a one on one or a Group Sessions - I started my meditation journey this year in hopes I would find some balance in my day to day.The one on one sessions with Jennifer are amazing!!! They have helped me regroup, and reconnect within myself. So happy I found this safe space!

As someone who finds it very difficult to meditate I am still amazed that Jenn at Bloom is able to take me to another place during meditation. The environment is soothing, as is her voice and I can go into the deepest meditation! I even find my meditation at Bloom better than what I can actually do in the comfort of my own home! Highly recommend!

I have been attending yoga at Jenn's for a couple of years now .. can't beat her Monday night yoga!!! Lots of energy flowing with a great group of yogis... thanks Jenn!

Jennifer’s warmth in holding space for each session is simply beautiful. Her heart openly shared her clear channel and messages with you. She completely leans into spirit, uses additional oracle cards when called and fully accesses the somatic responses her physical body receives. As a Channel and Medium, she is providing helpful and heart based wisdom to support your journey. I can’t say enough! I could listen to her share all day!!

Jennifer is such an amazing Reiki Healer and Yoga Teacher. She always intuitively knows just what you need. She will honour your body, mind, and spirit and give you the healing that you need exactly in the moment. She will always make you feel completely comfortable and relaxed. Cannot recommend enough.
