Went there today for a pedicure and not impressed. Lady was so rude and disrespectful. I asked her where the gel nail polish was and she gave me an eye roll while responding very aggressively. During the pedicure she did not clean well and barely even filed my nails. She slammed the uv light on my feet which ruined the nail polish. And just filed the bumps down without redoing the whole nail. It is incredibly expensive. I had to pay $70 for the worst pedicure ever, even though I get a nicely done gel pedicure for $40 anywhere I go. She even asked if I wanted to pay $100 for the deluxe pedicure which is literally just putting lotion and a hot towel on. It just looks like a toddler scribbled on my toe nails. Would never go back to this place again.

SO RUDE. I asked if they could fix my broken nails and she asked me to find a colour that matched. However they didn’t have it as I’m coming from out of town. I asked her if she could take a look at them and see if she could colour match them and if not I was OK with doing another color. The lady’s response was extremely dismissive and snappy — I’ve been to a lot of nail salons but I’ve never been treated like that. Instead of offering me help, asked me to go back to the salon where I got them done. I kindly said that if she need to reschedule me I’d be OK with that. I said no worries I can just go back to another salon if you don’t have time.Also, there was ONE CUSTOMER in the Alain besides me.I can see why they don’t have as much business as the other salon in town. Nothing but bad things to say about this one. If I could leave a zero star review, I would.

A wonderful welcome to our new home. Thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Tracy while receiving excellent service in a pedicure and nail fill. Kind, patient, attentive, professional and a lovely job. Looking forward to future visits for sure

I've never had my nails done before... But I needed it for my wedding, within hours they started cracking... For 100$ (I had gel french manicure and regular pedicure) I expected it to last the 2-3 weeks I was quoted. Also if you still decide to go, it's cash only***

Recently moved from Toronto area and I was not sure what to expect. Not only did they take their time, they did a great job and at a reasonable price! Tracy made me feel very welcome!Definitely going back. Also love that they give you your own new kit that no one else uses that you can take home and bring back.

Have really enjoyed when I have been here for pedicures. Such a relaxing time and a great pedicure. They were able to get a few of us in together so we could do a girls day out.

My friend and I received the most wonderful service together. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. We both had the best pedicures ever. Would definitely recommend.

She said well go somewhere else.I said normally I go to Anna but she’s super busy.She said it’s expensive there too.I said no I pay $60 for a fill.So she tells me she doesn’t want to do my nails and tells me to get out of her store.I paid $70 total in Calgary when I lived there.This woman is crazy!
