We walked into this Burger King and we were turned away saying that the dining room was closed. Meanwhile the door was not locked and there was a sign on the door with easter hours on it saying they were open till 11. We walked in at 7:45. The sign said they were closed at 11. We left not happy saying out loud that they should have locked the door. We left. A man that worked there came after us saying that they had meant that the bathrooms were closed. Meanwhile when we walked back into the restaurant he said into his radio set that he had told us that the washrooms were closed. The bathrooms were completely blocked off by garbage cans. The bathrooms were closed the entire time we were there which is against provincial laws. One of our members had to use the bathroom really badly so she moved the garbage cans and went to use the bathrooms anyways. The bathrooms were completely disgusting. Looked like they weren't cleaned out for 4-5 hours. I highly recommend not going to this restaurant. The staff are rude and lazy and don't follow any of the laws.

Very dirty. Sticky floors. Didn’t clean the tables, chairs and babies high chairs. We had to clean them. Bathrooms were disgusting. Wouldn’t come back again.

Worst cup of coffee I have ever had in my life.I ordered a medium coffee from the drive-through. I had to wait five minutes for the person to go and get it when I drove away and took a sip. It was cold , very strong and bitter like it was sitting around for three or four hours and the milk they put in didn’t even change the colour the coffee was that bad .I can understand slip ups, but not to this degree. I will never step near a Burger King again. I paid $1.90 and threw the coffee out.Would you want to eat in a restaurant like that serves disgusting coffee

We were thrilled to find a fast food place open on New Year’s Day while we were driving home. I have not been to a Burger King in ages and I realized a lot of the menu items either changed or maybe they were slightly different since we were in Canada.It was a little long to wait for the food when they didn’t seem very busy but I wasn’t about to complain. Everything was pretty standard but our food was hot and made correctly. I think the inside could be updated a bit but it was fine. I had chicken nuggets and mozzarella sticks. Both were as good as you could expect.

Don't expect to be served here in a timely fashion. Staff pays next to no attention to customers who order in the store. They're consistently confused and clustered. On many occasions I've watched customers who ordered far after me get their food before me.They seemingly disregard mobile orders completely.I'm a weekly customer at this BK, but its become an unbearable experience over the past year. I won't return

Why are you charging .50 for onion and lettuce on a Bacon Cheeseburger? Sorry but I would like to know if this is common franchise practice? I am wondering if they even know about this at a corporate level. Not paying that again.

This Burger King location was a pleasant surprise. We were looking for a fast food bite and this happened to be conveniently by the Hwy 401 ramp.It wasn’t busy at lunchtime. The store manager was helpful to recommend the King Deal which came with two small sandwiches. Even though the Kids Meal provided an activity booklet, staff still checked the back to confirm they had run out of other toys.Interior was clean and appeared to have been recently remodelled. The dine-in area was well-spaced apart. Most folks were in-and-out within 30 minutes.

I placed a mobile order which is supposed to skip the line but was asked by the older gentleman working there to wait at the end of a very long busy line instead, because he forgot to hit a button on his screen to put our mobile order through. This was his mistake and he was at fault. I did not go in the line and got my food after waiting for about 10 more minutes. Food was fine but dude working there clearly woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning, cause otherwise I’ve had mostly good experiences here, except when the same older man has been working in the past, and forgotten multiple items off our orders in the past. Proceed with caution, they’re faster than Prescott but that doesn’t mean better. Also as I’m typing this I just realized they gave us normal whoppers instead of the whopper melts on the sourdough bread. Really unacceptable service at a mediocre fast food joint.
