Long term customer. Had a nail in my tire. Was turned away for this small job as they were too busy installing summer tires. Shouldn't drive with a nail in a tire. Went elsewhere and tire was promptly fixed ..will not go back to Thoman .

I had an excellent experience with these people. I took my car in because there was a slow leak in the right rear tire. They found the problem (a screw had pierced the tire) and fixed it for a very reasonable price. As a bonus, while they were doing the work, I was able to walk around St. Jacobs and even (since it was a beautiful day) walk along a short stretch of the Trans Canada Trail that runs along the Conestoga River.

Excellent, fast service at a very fair price. I have purchased two sets of winter tires here and both times they have filled out a $70 mail in rebate, complete with the envelope and a stamp to send into Michelin. I always recommend them to others and will continue to do so.

Nice people! My tire light came on and I was driving by so I stopped to see if someone could look at it. The guy told me I probably just had a low tire and let me use the air compressor and gauge for free. I was low 5 psi in one tire so I filled it up and was set and back about my day. Thanks!

Great experience. Was able to get a great quote and make an appointment all via email. Staff where very pleasant - tires were installed quickly. They even took the time to fill out the envelop needed to send in for the Tire Rebate. Would definitely recommend them for any tire needs.

The mechanics" here couldn't fix a leg on a stool! Or tell the truth to save their lives (or spell!). I suspect if there was another service center anywhere close they would have gone out of business years ago. Worst service I've ever experienced. Completely unprofessional
