We have been waiting on a transfer home to Ontario for over a year.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT IF YOU DO NOT SPEAK FRENCH, DO NOT TRANSFER TO QUEBEC BECAUSE:- Programs are not offered in English- French improvement courses are only offered to French inmates who want to better their written and oral skills- When ever you need help, bilingual guards will pretend that they don’t know English and won’t help you- Instead of case managing, you will get passed around to the other Quebec prisons
