TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

The sweetest, most accommodating, professional, proficient bank in Canada. I have never encountered a bank that totally helps as well as understands their customers. SHEETUL MUCKLA at this branch is ABSOLUTELY the best ever, AWESOME in every way, every time.I just had to spend so much time - had a phone appointment and followed up twice on phone for my RRSP withdrawl. Finally, I walked into the branch after a week as it wasn’t getting processed. SHEETUL spent time on my issue and finally got it working!! She could have easily given up and told me to book an appointment with the FSR from the branch (which would have set me behind by more days), but she genuinely wanted to help me and didn't give up. And she never once got frustrated. We were laughing throughout and I am so grateful for all her help ! This is the one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had ! This girl seriously deserves a promotion !! I hope her manager and the rest of TD knows what an amazing employee they have! :)Best regards,Ash Gumber

I don’t know how much more inept a TD branch can be. Service is so slow that watching paint dry is an attractive option. 2 tellers, 6 customers and nothing is moving. I was bumper to bumper for an hour on the Gardner Expressway and somehow this branch is slower. Looks like it’s time to drop TD altogether as their need for profit out paces their desire for customer service.

This is the best TD in Etobicoke by far. The manager of customer experience is so kind and clearly has a great relationship with her employees as they are all so friendly and kind. You always get greeted with a smile when you come in! I have another TD closer to me, but always make the drive over to this one because of the amazing service!

Don't COME TO THIS LOCATION.. I brought 2000USD to deposit, and the teller insisted that It was FAKE and she needed to CONFISCATE it!! Also confided with another employees they said I could not have it back!! THIS WAS EMBARRASSING AND TOOK ALMOST 1HR !! I told them to bring their 100$ USD bill to compare mine !!! Eventually concluding that mine was real ..

I had an appointment with one of the personal banking advisors, Mit Doshi and was looking forward to open an account with TD. He was very helpful and insightful throughout the process. He cleared every doubts and smoothly explained the process and benefits offered by TD. Anyone here seeking for a recommendation, I would ask you to go see him, you will be in good hands.

Twice I have made an appointment regarding an estate and was told they will get back to me in 2 or 3 days. When I do not here from them I leave messages for a couple days. Finally talk to the receptionist to find out that they are no longer with the branch. Not sure why there is such a high turnover at this location but you would think they would check the messages that were left when someone leaves. ,Well got a reply to help with my issue as you can see below and guess what. Emailed as asked and received no reply to date.. Guess they are just trying to make it look like they actually give a care.Update on June 29th went in to sign paperwork regarding transfer of my dad's investments to his estate account. Was signed and to be scanned to their estate department. Today July 5th a message from the estate department that they never received it. This must be the worst TD Branch in Canada. Wish I could have given them zero stars

Exceptional customer service, very quick super friendly, I've been banking with this branch for over 6 years and never a bad experience!! Especially during the pandemic where lines everywhere was long! This branch was always efficient and friendly!! Highly recommend this branch, but please walk in with a good attitude, be kind and the same will happen to you!

Really frustrating to deal with this branch. I submitted documents to a change details but they sent only half of information. Now 6 month later requested changes still not done and have to go !!!again !!! and talk to them. If you have to deal with them, ask manager ether do what needed or check on work of the person you dealing with.

Arrived at 7:40 pm to do 3 deposits, cash 1 cheque, and do 4 bill payments. I'm cutting it a bit close, but from my daily experience coming to TD bank, this has typically been a 5-7 minute job with an experienced teller at most TD locations. Was pretty empty, so got to a teller quickly (7:45). Teller spent 20 minutes doing my first deposit, and we are now past closing time. I expect manager would check to see how much longer for any tellers working with customers so manager can finish transactions and close themselves, getting everyone out sooner. 5 minutes on my second deposit with same teller, 5 minutes on my third. We cash my cheque and do 1 bill payment. I've been here for 30+ minutes. Manager asks teller to go close front door, then proceeds to tell me that for security reasons I need to come back next day and that next time I should come earlier.Thanks for your service?
