I am well pleased with Eagle Rock Computers. The person that was serving me was very professional, efficient and friendly. He had my computer working for me in a very short time . I will definitely recommend Eagle Rock Computer to anyone needing helping.

Greg wasted a full day of our time coming down to the office and checking out our systems. After what I thought was a productive meeting and exchanging of information he was never to be heard from again. If I had to guess I would say that we were not a big enough account for the company but it would have been nice if they got back to us. Complete waste of time, unprofessional.

I wanted to leave a review to once again express my thanks to this company. This was my second positive experience dealing with Eagle Rock, my first being when they tried to troubleshoot an issue with my laptop a year back, and when they couldn't find the root of the issue, I was not charged a dime. This time around, my laptop needed a new solid state drive. They not only sped up the process since I was starting my Master's program online around the same time my computer crapped out (impeccable timing), but they upgraded my SSD to a larger one (1TB) for the price of a smaller one (500 GB) so I could get my computer back sooner.Thanks again for everything!- A very appreciative university student

Eagle Rock restored a hard drive for me that I could not get working. Many precious photo and video memories were saved thanks to them! Highly recommend!

Russ was great. He fixed the problems and more. My laptop is faster than when i first bought it.

I brought an older laptop in for repair that i knew wasn't really worth fixing but had numerous family videos and pictures that I wanted off of it. The tech i talked to thoroughly explained the issue and what they would recommend to replace it cheap. It was done much cheaper than what i was quoted at their competitors and had it back within a few days. Appreciate the wonderful service !!

I have always been able to rely on the incredible team at Eagle Rock for all of my laptop or home computer needs because they are honest and trustworthy, and are superior in their field. I feel honoured to have known them for so many years. They are knowledgeable and affordable, and I wouldn't trust my personal information to anyone else. When it comes to computer issues, website building, I know who call!

Russ was extremely helpful and got to the bottom of my computer issue. He even provided a cable at no charge, which really impressed me. He was friendly, courteous, and I would definitely recommend Eagle Rock to service your computer needs.
