Today Roger came to clean our fireplace as well as look at the pilot assembly because it wouldn't stay lit.Roger was very good and thorough. As he was going through the various systems he would offer tips and tricks. After the clean and new new pilot assembly it looks great and works as it should. Highly recommend Fix Fireplace Services and Roger!

Fix Fireplace was here this morning to repair my fireplace. For the extra 15.00 to clean it, would recommend adding this to your service call. Todd was very professional and my repair was done with care and looks great! Would recommend to anyone and will have them back for servicing.

Roger was an amazing technician. He was very backed up due to earlier appointments but still wanted to come and fix my fireplace as it was going to be -35 this week. He kept me in the loop as to his timing and was very professional once he arrived. He explained everything he was doing and was able to resolve the issu. Highly recommend Fix Fireplace Services!

Roger did a full service and cleaning on our fireplace today and he was absolutely awesome. Super professional, on time and I really appreciated that he walked me through everything he was doing and what the issues surrounding our fireplace were. He also gave me some tips on the best way to keep the exterior clean and how to use our fireplace more efficiently. Will definitely use Fix Fireplace for our next cleaning.

My fireplace was broken last winter and I called another company. But they were not able to fix it because they said they needed to change a broken part, which was out of stock. They told me that I may have to wait a few weeks or maybe a couple of months! Then nothing happened afterwards and it seems that the part has never arrived. So I decided to call someone else to help and ended up finding the Fix Fireplace Services. They immediately arrange an appointment on next day. Jacob, the technician who came, worked very efficiently and professionally. He carefully cleaned the fireplace and fixed it without having to change any part. The service fee they charged is also very reasonable ( much cheaper comparing with another company that did not do any job). I highly recommend fix fireplace!

The technician replaced the switch for our fireplace very quickly and knew his way around. He also cleaned the fireplace for us even though that was not requested. I would recommend this company for anyone who needs servicing or repairs done to new or old natural gas fireplaces (in our case, the unit is 30 years old and the switch had never been replaced).

Giving one star just cause I have toDO NOT use these guysThe one who came at my place knew NOTHING !!!!Took $160 for 10 mins of visit and could not get it up and runningTold that I had to replace the complete mother-board which would cost another $350 but all the time he was on the phone with some one who passed instructions.I would not call them again EVERTHEIVES -THEIVES - THEIVES -DONT USE.In answer to the response from the company:I fixed my fireplace for just $72 in comparison with almost $300 quote given to me on top of the $160 servive charge.I should have used Youtube before this companyI suggest the same to this company - use Youtube or retrain in school
