Had a great massage with Anne-Marie, I’m very glad I found this gem nearby my home! The decorations are lovely and the facilities are clean. Anne-Marie did a great job welcoming me and explaining her process and style of massage to make sure I was fully comfortable. One of my favourite parts was the fact that I wasn’t rushed out when the massage was over, and I was offered tea during the check out process. They also have a loyalty program so I will definitely be returning again. A lovely experience!

Fika is absolutely fantastic. The facilities are clean and simple, the online booking system is easy to use, and communication from the staff is excellent. I strongly recommend Dharmik, who is highly skilled and precise in his work. He does an outstanding job of finding knots and easing the tension (and for especially stubborn knots, the pain relief is nothing short of miraculous). I will definitely continue to return!

A nice spot for relaxing massages pres de chez-nous. Highly recommended. I frequent regularly and so does my spouse. We have been going for over 5 years both previous and new location. St-Lambert is a quieter spot only 10 min from home with ample free parking. Happy they moved! The staff are seasoned and professional. Recently I have had massages with Tina who has a more flexible evening/weekend schedule. She is a great masseuse, and very focused. Will always ask which areas to concentrate on beforehand, and walks you through the process and solicits feedback to ensure no pain. The rooms are clean, smell freshly scented and ambiance are just right with relaxing spa music always playing in the background. It's not a spa, so don't have temperate/hot tubs, saunas or steam room. No showers available but I clean after a massage with hot towels the staff provide upon request. Been suffering from upper back pains and neck stiffness and the regular massage has helped alot. Lots of free advise on sleeping patterns, pillows selection and other things to watch out for to promote positive health; you can see the staff care. Take time to indulge in the freshly brewed canadian herbs inspired tea; a real treat before and after a session. Overall a a very good value - they have regular promotions so don't miss out! (Note, you can also book ahead online - very convenient.)

I had a great message! The massage therapist listened to my needs and made me relax. Prices are good, hours are very good plus you can reserve online which is convenient. The only negative I have is that the room wasn't very sound proof. I could hear noise from outside the room throughout the massage, but it wasn't a deal breaker.
