More than happy with how everything turned out! The products are of great quality and the service provided by the team was excellent. Our designer Valerie was amazing, made suggestions that fit our vision, explained the process very well, made payment a breeze and was always available to help with questions. The team also came through by delivering before the estimated dates!

We recently closed a Tridel Condo in North York and elected with Tridel, the Developer, to have Sun - Brite for drapery fabric, roller shades and installation. I made contact with Santo, of Sun - Brite, who proved to be an honest, personable, understanding, reliable and trustworthy person. He kept his promises and had all tasks performed in a timely manner. The installer, Igor, another incredible person. He was patient and did a phenomenal job in the installation.I would not hesitate to recommend Sun-Brite for all your window covering needs. A stress free and amazing experience.

What can I say about Sun-Brite Drapery well 20 out of 10. Sun-Brite has done all my drapery in my home, just yesterday they installed drapery in my Primary Room and what a difference I thought I was in a 9 star hotel room. I highly recommend this company. If you want a team that makes you feel apart of their family this is the company for you. They understand your needs and they give you 100% of their attention. I love my new drapery. Had a wonderful experience with Dona and her team at Sun-Brite. They were polite, professional and helpful. We walked though an array of options and found the best one to meet our budget. The final product was fantastic. Installers were great also.

5 stars ALL THE WAY! We finished every window in our new home at Sunbrite. The whole experience was wonderful. From selecting blinds with Julian, to choosing fabric for drapery with Marlena and Dona, the process couldn't have been better. Our blinds are functional and beautiful, and our drapery including the hardware we selected is stunning. With drapery in my primary bedroom from wall to wall, many have said it looks like a high end hotel. The drapery in my great room from floor to ceiling adds a very rich element to the room. The installer was fast, friendly and sure does know what he is doing. From sales to design to install, you are in great hands if you choose Sunbrite!

I would give a zero if I could. Very disappointing as my mother-in-law and I tried to get a repair from this company and not only were they weeks late and eventually saying they could not send an installer out. They sent back the repaired blinds with rips all over them. Avoid this company at all costs.

We purchased Sunbrite blinds through the developer for our new condo.Good decision as my husband & I are very pleased with the blinds - blackout fabric.Had to contact Sunbrite about a year after we moved in & after the warranty expired. A minor issue - one of the blinds was rubbing a bit & slight fraying had started.Sales rep - Lauren Rainville responded immediately & arranged for their installer to come out.He quickly & efficiently sorted the problem - noted if anything else came up to ring Lauren. He also checked all the other blinds to be sure.We were surprised but happy they were willing to help us out after more than a year. Seems Sunbrite is more concerned their customers are satisfied than just making a sale.All in all - exemplary service & we will turn to them first should we purchase more blinds down the road.The Berkeleys.
