Kate is an incredible RMT who has created a welcoming and comfortable space for her clientele. She is great at knowing exactly how much pressure to use and where. I get so much benefit from each visit.If you aren't already a client and by chance she accepts new clients again, I'd suggest that you book right away!

Having had bodywork extensively for the last 20 years, due to arthritis in my spine, I've had my fair share of massage. Kate has the intuitive touch of someone who knows her stuff. She not only is calming and nurturing in her approach but has that perfect balance of strong and soft. I've only recently moved to the coast from Vancouver, but already I've found my RMT! She's such a great find that I know she'll be booked up in no time... Already referring all my friends and family to her. Her treatment was so needed and I left floating on clouds. Can't speak highly enough.

I simply cannot say enough good things about Kate. She is a highly intuitive and skilled massage practitioner. She knows exactly what needs to be done and how to do it. The amount of pressure she applied was always perfect; where you felt that sense of relief but without the pain. Her room is modern and cozy, accompanied with warm blankets, hot rocks and hot towels. Her space and her expertise allows you to really decompress and begin to heal.I’m already dreaming of my next treatment. Thank you Kate!!!
