PO is the only way to describes this pathetic KFC, requested No Wings in our Bucket got Wings. Chicken Cold, Gravy Cold, Fries were Old and cold. Shame on U!

Every time you choose delivery you get the worst order and food ever. It's like they don't care because they won't see you or care about you after. Wrong spaces and it looked like the sandwiches have been stepped on. The chicken strips are so small because they don't give a hoot for their delivery. Always have to warm it up because it's so cold, you can tell it just sits on the counter there for ever. This KFC has fallen really far sadly. Service is alright when going through drive-through, but some cashiers don't know certain food items(where they are on the machine) so it makes it really hard and inconsistent on ordering. It's sad because it's a local business and would be nice to support. But when the employees don't care, soon the customers won't

BEWARE! Check your order when picking up. Today we picked up an order for our grandson’s birthday only to find several items missing when we got home. A second trip was necessary and, as for PR, the young lady who waited on us has yet to learn the meaning of the term.

Customer service is horrible they don’t ask you what drink you want with your combo don’t give you a fork for your poutine, poutine is also disgusting they fill the entire thing with gravy it’s like soup,you wait 10 mins at the mic just to order in the drive thru worst by far besides McDonald’s in town

Got my order wrong. I drive the 30 minutes home to discover they left out the fries. Bonus is I got macaroni salad Not I hate macaroni salad.

Few things are wrong. Check your order There's a good chance it's wrong. Overcooked or Under cook. It's just real bad Location.

They do not pay attention when doing orders. Paid for 12 tenders and only received 6. Thanks for ripping me off $12, like they aren't expensive enough...it wasn't even busy so it was just total neglect to ensure my order was right. The food was good but when you don't get what you paid for what is the sense of going back.

My wife ordered me a 4 pc meal/sm gravy/pop. There was 3 dark meat and 1 white meat. I counted the fries, there were only 14 French fries..but I had 13 napkins. There wasn't enough fries for me to use all the gravy. What a pathetic meal that was!!! No ketchup!!!! Not even a fork!!! And my bill was $15. So does the owner actually look at the reviews or just ignore them.. Unsatisfied customer!!!

Everytime I come to get food. There’s no white meat or it’s a whole 15 minute wait. So we decide to order something else. 2 Big Crunch combos and popcorn chicken. I get home and my whole orders wrong. 2 zinger combos and an extra large fry. Just ridiculous here in my opinion

Only my 2nd visit to Morinville KFC and so disappointed. I ordered 4 piece meal. They offered me all dark meat because it was 10 minute wait for white meat. I said no problem...willing to wait since I didn't want to pay $15 for tiny pieces of legs and wings. I get my order after 10 min wait . i get home and they gave me 4 small pieces of chicken (breast was just as small as dark.meat). Around 15 fries and no sides. Good grief!!! Not going back. Popeye chicken is way better...way bigger, juicier, less grease! Will even drive further for better meals.
