We recently had a great experience when Better Blinds installed the blinds in our Condo. Service was professional and patient with us as we chose everything we wanted from their vast selection. They removed our very old curtains and the Installation went according to plan and pricing was very competitive.I recommend Better Blinds to anyone looking to get the job done professionally and at a good rate.

We needed to have a large cellular blind repaired - as soon as I made first contact, Mark responded right away. Even though our blind was not a common type and the inner mechanism was complicated, they took the task on. Upon finding parts of the mechanism were broken, they contacted the blind manufacturer directly to have new ones shipped so they could complete the repair. Mark kept me updated throughout, and they had it fixed in good time and at a very reasonable cost. It was a pleasure to deal with this business, and I highly recommend them.

Had my blinds installed today by Mark and Glenn. They are incredibly professional and knowledgable. Prior to order and installation they came to measure my windows, brought samples and spent time discussing with me a variety of options I was considering. I am happy with the outcome. Better Blinds is amazing. We are prepping my Mother's house for sale. One of the valances brackets broke. I tried 4 stores but because it was so old, no one had them or didn't know what I needed. They would just look at the picture and shake their heads. So frustrating.I went to Better Blinds and showed him the picture. Immediately, he knew what I was looking for! Not only did he have them on hand, he took the time to explain to me how it worked. That kind of service is hard to find these days!Highly recommend!

I visited better blinds looking for plastic valence holders after a terrible customer experience at blinds to go. Crystal Davis spent 10 minutes in the back looking for the unique pieces. Crystal gave me all that she had and two of the pieces ended up working! Outstanding customer service from crystal will guarantee that when I or any of my family needs blinds or drapery there will only be 1 place to go: better blinds and drapery. Thank you Crystal!

Mark and the team were great from start to finish. It has to be some of the best customer service I've ever had. All the staff were great to work with. The order, delivery, and installation were timely and done efficiently. I couldn't ask for anything more. I would highly recommend them with no hesitation. 5 Stars for sure.

Had our 3 door large patio roller shade repaired. It was quick and reasonably priced. We got it home and had some difficulty hanging it. Without hesitation the owner (Mark) offered to come by and help us without a cost. He came at the end of his busy day and assisted us - it took only minutes. The shade is working perfectly. I would highly recommend them!! Happy to support a family run business that does awesome work and goes above and beyond for their customer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks mark!!

Better Blinds is amazing! Mark and Kate are very knowledgeable about their products. My husband and I recently received blinds from them for our business. It was the best choice by going with them. They take time to go through all the different types of blinds they have, and explain what may be best for your needs. The quality is like no other! We are truly happy with the result and would highly recommend them to anyone!! We will be using their services again in the future.
