This apartment building is a hidden gem in a beautiful neighborhood. Could not believe we found a spacious 2 bedroom, oversized bathroom, with an in-unit washer/dryer and it is pet friendly! Which is so hard to find in Vancouver. The overall size of the building is perfect, it's not too large, which makes it nice and quiet. The location couldn't be better, it is very close to all the major stores on West Broadway, but is located in a quiet, less busy end of West Broadway. The 99, 14 and 9 bus stops are pretty much directly out front of the building and it is walking distance to the beaches and parks in Kitsilano. Also nice and close to the Kits pool.The building manager is very lovely, she is always available to speak with. and you are treated as a friend. The manager takes excellent care of the the building and really cares about the tenants; the manager hosts various events throughout the year, such as a summer and Christmas BBQs, which are a great way to mix with the neighbours and meet their pets!

covid prep was amazing. remote viewing and requests were honored timely and professionally. Great people to work with.

Just moved in, Vesna (the property manager) has been great and maintenance has been prompt for the few issues we had on move in!
