Ordered some headlight for my platinum f150. Teresa was super helpful in finding me a set and getting them shipped out right away!

Emailed this establishment (Jeremy Swanson) asking for a quote on several parts for 2022 Hyundia June 17th. Heard nothing so I replied with a question mark on the 29th then follow-up with a call today to find out that Jeremy is the most arrogant used-parts salesman I have ever dealt with. After agreeing on quoted price and asking if he could do better on a B grade bumper, he said he can increase the quoted price. Thinking he was joking I responded with a rebuff just to get hung-up on. Thought there may have been a glitch so I called back, someone else came on the line and I asked if I can speak to Jeremy. He came on to put me on hold and after a wait came back on to inform me that he doesn’t ship to Ontario, contrary to the quote I received from him earlier, and that there was no problem with the connection hung up on me again.Customer service at it’s best Jeremy keep up the good work

I recently had a great experience with JS Truck Mart Auto Parts store in Estevan, Saskatchewan. After my Ford F250 catalytic converter was sawed off, I was in need of a new one. I found JS Truck Mart online and decided to give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised by the knowledgeable staff who helped me find the correct replacement part. The store had a wide selection of parts and the prices were reasonable. The catalytic converter was installed in a timely manner, and I was able to get back on the road quickly. I would highly recommend JS Truck Mart Auto Parts store to anyone in need of reliable and affordable replacement parts.

Great place to deal with. Get lots of engines and parts from them with no issues. Very friendly staff! Top auto wrecker to deal with IMO.

I placed an order for exhaust assembly for my car. When I called them to inquire about the parts . They said they have parts. I made the payment . After 4 days they are telling me that we don’t your parts. Parts people should check their inventory before taking anyone payment . Really disappointed with the service

We have been ordering parts from different places for a while and this place is the worst so far in customer service. I’ll be very specific to mention Jeremy Swanson as the most unprofessional and careless person, just doesn’t care. Sent a damaged headlight where adaptive light doesn’t work and didn’t want to take any responsibility, even we asked many times if the light in good working condition. As minimum would be down by instal, removal twice and shipping two ways with no result. I hope won’t have to come across this guys again.

I had been given their number from a local wrecker in my area. A bit hesitant calling another province for parts. When I called and spoke to (was it Jeremy) he made sure that I was ordering the correct item. 3 components to my issue, but he narrowed it to one. Rec'd part very quickly, less than a week i think. Installed and works wonderfully. Very happy with service. Thank you very much

Very friendly and professional... Had all the details of the car the motor I got came from... Responsive to phone calls and emails...They helped work with my bank with the info needed for the US to Canada wire transfer...Well packed and shipped in a very timely manner..Would defiantly recommend...
