To those who are posting, THIS IS NOT THE WEBSITE. Your online order issues have nothing to do with a physical store location. This is the Ottawa location and I’ve had multiple interactions with the staff here and never had an issue.If you have a problem with an online order, use common sense and complain through the proper channels or the website itself.I highly recommended this location, they have a good selection of juices, disposables, pods and other items.

Don't order here! Complete scam artists saying they had to cancel our orders and we would be refunded. Never got refunded and when asked about it they tried to say I should have recieved a refund 50 dollars LESS than what I actually spent. Did a little more digging and found out basically everyone who orders online won't receive product and won't get a refund either.
