This was the second bushing I ordered. Shipping was about 4/5 days. The last bushing ordered on June 19th literally disintegrated in our hand when we went to use it?Part ATP TO-41 automatic transmission shift linkage bushing.When putting the rod into the bushing it broke into pieces and there was no force that would have caused the bushing to fall apart like that. It must have been defective.A new bushing has been sent to me. Thanks for making it right! Let's hope this one is better. It's a mfg issue but you took care of the problem in a very timely manner and I really appreciate that Wrenchmonkey!

This is my second purchase from Wrench Monkey and I was extremely satisfied with the service, price and selection . I have an '86 Celica and it is getting more and more challenging to find parts. I needed front brake calipers and a radiator - long discontinued as OEM and very limited options left in the aftermarket The website is extremely easy to navigate compared to so many other sites that don't even let you go back as far as the 1986 model year. The parts listing are also very detailed which is very helpful when trying to match up the dimensions of a part that I needed- in my case the radiator Offering fitment and interchange options is extremely useful for suggesting alternatives for obsolete OEM parts. They were to able to source the brake calipers and radiator from other provinces and ship them first to their GTA warehouse at an very nominal cost and then re-ship to the West Coast where the car is located.Also. the radiator was not in stock but I was at least given the opportunity to call and surprised they were able to source one. (Other sites just say out of stock or not available)I am in the GTA and it is great that they offer the option of local pick and a phone number that you can call and at least speak to a person rather than some BOT".I really appreciate the option to choose the type of shipping you want to use to have at least some control if your shipment is time sensitive.My orders involved multiple phone calls back and forth and I can't say enough about how excellent the customer service was.We all depend on each other's reviews to decide on where to shop. I would not hesitate to buy from here again."

I originally ordered the wrong part.Talking to them in person I got it straiten it out. When i recieved my part it was for the wrong side of my vehicle. Since it was a wire harness the ends were the same just the mounting of the harness was backward. I was able to use it anyway but now instead of 1 alarm for my brake system every alarm in the car is on. Not very happy.

Please, do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere.Purchased an AC condenser and got called 4 days after to tell me that the part was not in stock (even if it showed that it was on the website), only to offer me another model 2x the price. You'll get a faster shipping and way more reliability buying from Rockauto.

I ordered spark plugs online at a good price for Canada, my order was ready the next day. On my way to Mississauga I picked up the plugs and the reception was very helpful and friendly. Make sure you have your order number or other identifying information plus your government issued ID.

Overall, I had a good experience purchasing from Wrench Monkey. The price of the items I wanted to order was competitive compared to other companies. I purchased shocks for my Acura RDX and unfortunately, only one of the two shocks was available for purchase. I was contacted quickly and my order was adjusted. My order arrived quickly with no issues with the product. I will purchase from Wrench Monkey again in the future if I need more parts.

I have ordered from the Wrench Monkey many times. Generally I have had a good experience, parts arrive as described.My last order I placed on Sunday, and needed the parts for safety inspection / certification on Wednesday. I specifically paid extra for the parts to be delivered on Tuesday.I have since missed my appointment with the shop, because the parts aren’t scheduled to arrive until Friday. In fact the package was not handed off to the post office until this morning. Overall not pleased. If you are going to quote shipping times, and charge extra for faster shipping, then there needs to be some accountability to ensure people are getting what they pay for. Disappointing.
