No doubt,service is awesome especially for international students ,as they have fixed rates for them and more interestingly,they come on exact time so no worries about being late,when go out for a work.I would recommend to all try lethcabs at least once.

The ride felt super unsafe because the driver went into a busy intersection that he shouldn’t have, there was also a condom wrapper in the cup holder. His front window was super gross, don’t know how he could see out of it.

I am very disappointed. I called last night at approx 12:40am trying to get a cab to the west side to go to another location still on the west side. The dispatch told me it would be about 20 minutes. I then waited for approximately 40 minutes and still no cab. I then called back to see where the cab was and then they told me there was no one with my number or name in the system !!! VERY disappointed. How are we suppose to get home safely and rely on safe rides from cab companies when they completely disregard your request. Then when I was talking to the lady who had told me there was no request in the system she then told me she would ask the other dispatchers. I said okay, and she HUNG UP! We then ended up getting a friend to pick us up. Very unprofessional and I will not be using this cab company going forth.

I needed a ride from West Lethbridge to a little town off Highway 3 in BC, about 3 hours away. With no haggling, these guys quoted me 33% less than their two biggest competitors ($304 versus $420 and $430).On the day I needed to go, I phoned them and Subramaniam arrived within 10 minutes in a spacious, comfortable minivan. I paid up front to go to the town, he drove me there calmly and safely, then when we got there it turned out the particular place I needed to get to was about 10 minutes off the beaten path. Subramaniam happily followed the vague directions I was given, and dropped me off no problem.I cannot recommend these guys enough, particularly Subramaniam, who deserved a much bigger tip than I was able to give him. They're #1 for a reason. Thanks to Lethbridge Cabs, and Subramaniam in particular!

Seelan was our driver and he was awesome!! so nice and accommodating. best taxi driver i’ve had in awhile.

I have used this taxi company several times now and I must say I am completely satisfied. Especially Tiara as she is kind and courteous and even waits to see that I make it inside ok. Thankyou

Nice driver… he came in a timely manner and got me to my drop off location ontime even though it was early morning rush hour- i will say it was a little strange that he asked me to leave them a review as soon as i got in the cab, but i understand businesses want to know how their employees are and such, and it may be a company policy to ask their customers that.

My experience was great with them. They are giving discounts as well. Although the dispatcher and other staff members are polite. ☺️☺️☺️
