You guys are a joke no one even go to this goof again make him broke Doesn't take clients seriously call 14 times for test results

It took me several years and a complaint to the College of Physicians to have my record finally forwarded to a new doctor. I was charged $150 for sadly photocopied pages that I had to pick up in person. I know of others who have encountered this issue. Dr. Tanton is friendly and spends time answering questions but fully supports the actions of his secretary, who is his wife and will tell you that you are welcome ro find another doctor if you aren't happy. I would advise asking for a copy of every procedure as it occurs to save frustration and aggravation if you move or change doctors. It is also not unusual to be in the waiting room while Anne talks about other patients.

Been taking my kids here for after hours medical services for about 1 year. Very thankful they are in our community. I find their front office staff very friendly and welcoming. Dr(s) on duty were very thorough and patient in providing an examination.

Dr Tanton is a useless doctor! Wait times are ridiculous, (had an appointment for 10am didn't see the doctor until after 2pm). His wife Anne is completely unprofessional, and told the mother of my child that she should get an abortion, because her other child has mental health issues. After talking to several other doctors I always get the same reaction when asked who the family doctor is, switch doctors! Have reported, as of today, Dr Tanton to the medical board for his lack of professionalism and his denial to provide medical attention to my one year old son.

My mom and I have been going to Dr. Bob for years and absolutely love his practice. After my injury and life long pain Bob has helped me in many ways. Over the years the staff have been incredible (great prices too). Dr. Erik Meyerhoffer has also helped me with back pain (massage). Gratitude!Thank you.Elizabeth Horne

Dr Tanton is very professional and attentive ( best i ever had)the office could be better managed with wait times and organizational skills

Dr. Tanton is a very caring and a good listener. His front office is run by his wife Ann very poorly. She is very rude and argumentative. She is forever socializing with patients in waiting room and when the phone rings she lets it ring, instead of answering it goes to voice mail. She over books and let's patients wait hours beyond their scheduled appointment time. Everyone complains about wait time, but no one expresses it to Dr. Tanton. Something has to change, purhaps he needs to retire his wife and get a provisional receptionist that will listen to patients request or concerns instead of arguing and acting as an authority over them.

The doctor is great, but his receptionist/wife appears very disorganized. There are files all over the place. How she can find anything is a mystery. Watched my elderly mother go in for a 2pm appointment and didn’t see the doctor until after 5pm.Need I say more.
