We booked an appointment for 1130 AM. And were told no appointments too busy. The receptionist seems nice but hard to people at the same time. Hard to vibe her. I have to laugh and provide the one star review due to the signage on the bathroom door. They ask you to clean the toilet after you use it lol.Now that my partner came out with bruise on her arm argued with us when the concussion specialist said for me to stay by her side. They argued and did not listen. I am very upset with the receptionist today and will never want to go back here again.

I have been going to this location for close to 5 years now and it has been wonderful. I have heard people bad mouthing them for not communicating and being rude, but they are overburdened and still do the best they can. I heard someone talk badly and so I took the time to make sure people know they are one of rhe best in GTA. Open early, convenient location, on time results, online access to results and overall quick and knowledgable.Thw chat responds well too and Dina is always there to help and make sire you get what you need within standards.

Very convenient. The staff was very friendly and they didn't even make it feel like that it's gonna hurt. Time saving. You don't have to wait much for your test.

The staff was so polite and understanding to provide the services despite of nearing the closing time . Great services and helpful staff!

Great place., clean scan your health card by yourself and wait to be called . Less than 10 minutes today, Experienced and welcoming Lab technician - Deena. Overall an amazing experience. Highly recommend.

I usually go here but will be the last time. The lady working on July 4th at around 1pm was the rudest lady I ever seen she was absolutely rude and ignorant to everyone including me. An older lady wanted to use the washroom and she refused her said its only for urin test. Then someone came in with expired health card he was refused service it just expired 1 month ago. Then I was talking on my phone with my doctor to have her email my reqrusition and she had the nerve to tell me to get off my phone. That one lady made you loose a customer ill never walk back in there again . Also they should stop with the indian laungage to each other they should speak English because I feel they where talking down to people sitting there

Went here twice and they were very accommodating and wait time was very quick. I went in for an ultrasound but didn’t know that I was supposed to book an appointment ahead of time and the receptionist still found a way to squeeze me in to get it done (not saying that this would happen to you lol.) but they seem very professional and organized. One thing I will say is that there’s not too many seats in the waiting area so when it gets crowded, people have to stand.

After reading a few bad reviews I was a bit hesitant to visit although my prior experiences were just as great. I just want to say that Jas, the phlebotonist was very professional, pleasant, and most importantly very respectful. The ladies at the front were also quite respectful as well. Sometimes as patients/clients we have to put our own unconscious bias aside and treat people as human beings.

Very friendly and helpful staff , helped us with our procedure during the closing time on Sunday .Highly recommend.
