Elements of Balance
I would highly recommend Justine. I recently had surgery and after a lymphatic drainage session with her I felt less puffy and swollen. There was definitely a visible reduction in the swelling. Go see her!

Janine is amazing, I highly recommend her. This was my first time seeing her as well the first MLD treatment I’ve experienced and my expectations were exceeded. She really listened to me about what’s going on with my body and personalized my treatment to exactly what I needed. She made me feel comfortable and well taken care of, can’t wait to see her again.

It is difficult to find a great place to get a massage in town but this is the place you'll come back. I always get a treatment from Justine. She is friendly, professional and just great! My body feels always light as a feather after the treatment. Her prenatal massage is also fantastic as well.

It was my first visit to Elements of Balance, and Shivneet has been great. The RMT and the consultation was really good, she very patiently guided me through the process and what I have been doing wrong. It was great, I recommend it to everybody.

Janine is a fantastic Massage Therapist. She listens to what you need and I always feel much better when I leave. She has introduced me to MLD which is really working for me. I look forward to my appointments!
