Frustrating organization to work with. One of the organizations I work with went back and forth on a proposal for an event that didn't end up working out. MLSE is way too top heavy and upper management has no idea what the left hand is doing from the right hand.

Absolutely terrible organization ever since, Rogers and Bell took over. Now, fans, clients, season ticket holders get the same treatment from MLSE that they would from their owners.Not to mention, they are extremely short handed and the customer service has gone straight out the window.

If you are not a season ticket holder this company treats you like you’re a peasant.

At times their good with reaching out but i got hurt couple times during the games and none reach out back out to me for the last game

What does it mean when, someone promises you payment within a certain time frame, then stops replying to countless messages sent over the course of nearly 2 months after, you have not received the promised payment?I started the process of selling a Leaf license back 9 months ago. The paperwork was completed after 8 months. The license rep, Marley said on Apr 4th, that I'd see the money with 7-14 days.I sent another email to, her on Apr 19th. She replied that, she would nudge" it through.I received an email that same day from the dept that issues payments. Said my funds were being issued.Messaged her again on
