We used Amerispec on a house we ended up buying, unfortunately when we got possession we found numerous issues that were not brought to our attention in the report. I would not recommend using their services, look around and find someone else.

Peter completed a wonderful home inspection. He was both thorough and knowledgeable. He also allowed me to understand all aspects of his report and further explained (and educated) me on any of my uncertainties. Peter also made suggestions for third parties to aid in certain inspections in order to make sure I got a full and complete report on my home in areas that I was concerned about. My friend referred me to Peter for home inspection. Peter was very fast to respond and very easy to talk to. His service is very detailed and professional. He provided a very well documented details of the inspections and photos and he is very easy to talk to and the cost is very reasonable.I would highly recommend using his services .
