Ordered delivery from door dash. Beef and broccoli . There was literally like 5 pieces of beef and all was brocolli. That costed me 23 dollars. Very dissapointed. Never buying from here again.

Sun Garden Chinese Restaurant
Visiting Vancouver due to medical issues. We decided to do Chinese food and chose Sun Garden as we drove by it virtually every day. Wise choice as the food was absolutely delicious. Ordered a total of 6 dishes and each were greatFood was ready when they said it would be also. This is a winner and sure we will order again while here.

I picked up sweet & sour pork and the beef rice noodle on my way home from work. The pork was swimming in sauce with nothing else...just pork and sauce. Traditionally this dish is made with onions, green peppers and pineapples. Disappointing, but the dish was actually very tasty! The beef rice noodles were also disappointing and bland in flavour. It contained barely any beef, just tiny pieces here and there. It really irks me when a restaurant cheaps out and leaves out a bunch of ingredients. See photos

The food is plentiful but bland. My chicken dish barely had any actual chicken in it, being mostly cabbage and onions. Would not return and would not recommend.

Prompt service. Food was pretty great. During these hard post covid times super understandable that dine in is not an option. My first time eating from here so when I try a broader variety I will change my 4 star review. Same goes for service. Though the service I got was very quick and it was neither bad nor great. But again that's mostly because there is not a dine in option at the moment. I definitely suggest trying this place out! I had BBQ pork chow mein, an order of BBQ pork on the side (because I LOVE BBQ pork. And I give it a 5 star review on the BBQ pork alone.) And crispy chicken wings. Very satisfactory. It was only because I got 3 items that it came to 20-30 dollars. Portion sizes are very good.

We ordered delivery last night and I have to say I was very surprised and pleased with the food . We ordered spring rolls, sweet and sour boneless pork,spicy green beans and steamed rice. The delivery was faster than promised for a Friday night and the food arrived very hot. And we really liked it. The green beans especially were tender and not as spicy as I expected and delicious. I would reorder this in a heartbeat.

Decent food with generous portions. The Ginger Beef wasn't dry or stringy, but actually came with tender slices of beef. Sauce was quite sweet but perfect when drizzled with some Szechuan chili oil I had at home.The BBQ pork was quite tender as well.I love that they gave me a whole bag of shrimp chips.I'll definitely order again if I'm craving westernized Chinese food.
