Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Wish I can give zero stars as well. Horrible service. I was walking home while writing this review from the location. I actually missed my daughter dance recital because of the service here.

I'd give it zero stars if I could.Booked earlier this week to rent tomorrow, get a call right before they close telling me sorry we won't have any cars we got your reservation that you made today for tomorrow

Horrible Customer Service. Avoid this location!! The girl working there doesn't know what shes doing she told me she would get a manager to help. She returned ONE HOUR later with Harvey’s in her hand. She had took her break without saying anything and made me wait an hour. She left the store open with no one working and didn't say she was going on break. What kind of customer service is that?

The worst. I made a reservation a month in advance, only to receive a call one week before my pick up date notifying me that they don't have any cars. I was told it's better that I found out now instead of the day of, I would have been better if they didn't promise cars they didn't have. I ended going to another company and having to pay $400 more because it was so last minute. They didn't offer any courtesy discount for a next rental or any compensation. To top it off I wrote customer service and didn't even get reply. Great customer service!Update: I was contacted by care on Jul. 21st saying someone will contact me, it's now August 9th and no one has contacted me. Thanks :)

Horrible service. I booked a van in March 2022 to pick up on July 29 2022, got a reservation number. Called back on July 7 and got an acceptance of the reservation. Called again on July 27 to ensure that the van is ready for pick up on July 29th, they said there is no van and there is a glitch in the system. They were rude, the manager will not take the call. They put me on hold and hung up after 30 minutes. They wouldn't take my call again and every time I asked to speak with the manager, he is out for a smoke or a walk ... such a productive manager, what a joke!!.I have always used Enterprise-Rent-a-Car because of their service and competitive prices but not this location. I will never use them again, such a disappointment.

Good cars at very reasonable price. Upgraded my car to 4x4 Bmw with no addional fees. Just make sure to book earlier online.

Excellent service 10 out of 10.Mr. Meissa and Diana (Côte Saint-Luc branch) were very helpful and informative with their job. They made my trip so much pleasure by providing me a car with fuel efficiency and reliability. I have completed my tour without any stress and tension. With my experience I will recommend Enterprise 100%.

Online you get a confirmation for a car and next day you get an email that they don't have any cars left. I haven't seen any staff less interested in customers anywhere else in my life. Shame enterprise is normally my go-to place wherever I travel to and been always very happy until dealing with this branch.

The car they gave us requires maintenance. They said come back tomorrow to exchange for another car. We’re here the next day and they don’t have cars. We tried calling before we came. Spent half an hour on hold. The agent on duty said she was too busy to answer the phone. She has to discuss our situation with ‘her colleague’ but had to leave the shop to find him. Overall disgusting customer service.
