3/5 for initial setup on phone.The initial setup over the phone seemed clear and streamlined until I arrived in person to complete registration. It was then that I realized there was miscommunication regarding the cost for the full duration vs the first cycle (1 cycle = 4 weeks). I asked repeatedly for the total cost of 12 weeks, and was told an amount that ended up being for 4 weeks. Make sure you double check and confirm your numbers before moving in.+2 stars for excellent in person service.I arrived at the location and asked for confirmation of the total cost for 12 weeks, that’s when I realized I had been misquoted. Despite my initial disappointment that there was an error made, the site staff very patiently explained the cost breakdown and offered a full refund because I had not moved anything in yet. They were also very helpful with price matching.The facility itself is well maintained and adequately climate controlled. There are 7 carts available to move items from your car to your locker, which seems adequate.Kush was also extremely helpful, sending someone up to help me open up my unit (it was zip tied, but removable by hand). Jason is also a positive, customer service oriented individual who took the time to explain their insurance coverage to me.

Clean, modern facility. Helped a friend who fell on hard times move stuff in.Obviously, his account become delinquent, however offering to pay 2/3 of the fee when he had cash from an odd job was refused!Access policy is you must pay 100,% of what's owed or get hit with service charges that then becomes the 100% owed. They forced him to abandon his belongings and now Access will auction his belongings off!Don't use this facility if you're in hard times.Shame on you Access!!

The storage units itself are very clean, bright and I was very confident that my belongings were safe, the security system was 100 percent: the staff were very wonderful and understanding and professional. Jason was awesome and always made sure his customers were happy and satisfied. Sadly the prices were just way to expensive per month I guess with that being because of being downtown otherwise I would I have stayed and kept my unit but sadly had to cancel my rental space with them. But other then the prices I would highly recommend

Shaine was SUPER knowledgeable about all of the services, terms, and prices. He took the extra time to show me the units even when I felt it was too small. He and his manager there were so welcoming! I’ve been referred here and I can see why I love it! If I can give 6 stars, I would!

Shaine is the man. He's so fast and provides an amazing level of customer service. He deserves a raise!UPDATE: FRUSTATED! I arrived at 8pm last Friday and the gate was unable to open due to the heavy snow. Completely understandable. But what isn't, is the fact there has been zero communication about the door not working for 4 days. A giant waste of time driving to the facility every day only to find out it isn't working. Why not call in advance? Of course I have, but am told either 1) It'll be fixed later today/tomorrow 2) Customer service person doesn't know what to do 3) Office closes early and no one can be reached since I typically call again when I arrive on site and am unable to get in. At the very least, send an email saying the gate is not working, put a sign on the door that says it can't be opened, something! I am standing outside in the cold smashing my keypad code over and over hoping it might work. After signing up, good luck getting help. FYI - This is one of the most expensive units you can rent because it's accessible via drive up.

Pros: Large building, clean, large doors, covered loading area, heavy duty cartsCons: Trucks not reliably available.Typical storage place used to store your things. clean building from what i saw. various sizes available. Good size loading area which is located inside the building so you wont be exposed to the elements when loading and unloading. Parking lot is a little small, but enough room to navigate their moving truck around.

I had a storage room here for a couple of years and finally cleared stuff out recently. It was a big decision for me and I was fairly stressed out during the process, but the staff were very helpful and made the process easy for me. Shaine was very nice and willing to help in every possible way. Thank you! I'd be happy to use Access Storage again in the future.

We had to move locations due to the closure of this location and Jason went above and beyond to make the move as easy as possible. His colleague, Shaine and himself helped arrange the use of the van so we could move the unit ourselves. When it took longer than expected, they offered to stay an extra 1/2 hour so that we could complete the move all in one day. They made an unpleasant situation bearable and managed to retain us as long term clients.

I still have no recurved my refund.Please contact me immediately and let me know the status of my refund, as it’s been 2 months since you agreed to it.They agreed to make my account wholeIn 4-6 weeks, which was appreciated. Thanks Access Storage for doing what was right for a long term client.

I recently used Access Storage for a short-term storage solution and was very impressed with the service. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were clear and well-maintained. The location was also convenient for me, and the price was competitive. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Access Storage to others.
