Ryan was very quick to respond to provide us a quote to install two pot lights and fan for our new home. Once the quote was given, we agreed to a date to have the install done. Ryan provided fantastic customer service, great quality of work and professionalism; his assistant (Caleb) did a great job cleaning up after his dad making it a family run business :). Ryan was very methodical and thorough which I appreciated as it allowed him to present options to proceed. He was very honest about what needed to be corrected immediately for safety reasons and what may need to be addressed later down the road. His communication at all steps of the process from initial contact to completion of tasks was one of the best I have experienced from any trades workers. And my dog that doesn't like anyone liked him. I highly recommend Thormack Electric.

I called Ryan for an electrical issue that was causing us to not have power in any of our outlets upstairs. He had a full schedule the next few days, but when I mentioned I worked from home and couldn't use my office due to the problem, he offered to come by between two of his bookings that same day, and he didn't add any extra fee for the short notice.It was the first time I had to hire an electrician, and I'm so glad I went with Ryan. Finding the source of the outage required a bit of detective work on his part, but he seemed to enjoy the challenge. He was able to find and fix the problem in under an hour and took the time to explain it to me and answer all of my questions. He was very professional and approachable, and was transparent about his fees ahead of the service.I would 100% recommend hiring Ryan! If I ever need any other electrical help, he'll be the first person I call.

We’ve had Ryan come out to do work at our house more than once, and I’ve never been even close to disappointed with the experience. He is fair, quick, professional, and flexible to our needs. He has gone out of his way to help us resolve electrical issues at home, and the finishing work he did was top notch. I wish all contractors were as good to deal with as he is. Highly recommend.

Ryan was super quick and available to come over. In a matter of 30 minutes he fixed our problem. Extremely professional and super cool. Even my 4 year old was talking and asking him questions. A real pleasure, recommend 10 out of 10!!

Ryan was quick, courteous, and patient with all my ‘so what does that mean?’ questions. He repaired several electrical issues for me that were a big safety hazard. He even took the time to do a complimentary safety inspection to inform me of any other issues around our property. On top of that he even called Epcor for us to have them come fix a faulted neutral. The cost was very fair and I will 100% call Ryan if I have any further electrical issues.
