I really enjoyed the conversation with Dennis Hetu about the past and present relationships that local First Nations have with marine invertebrates.The far-ranging and fascinating discussion was a great example of the unique learning experiences that West Coast NEST offers. Lots of opportunities to ask questions and to add new perspectives to my knowledge of this region! Thank you Dennis and West Coast NEST!

I recently attended a talk by Dennis Hetu, facilitated by N.E.S.T. Dennis was knowledgeable and inviting. My favorite part was learning about Dennis' role in the community and how happy and fulfilled he seemed to do it. The NEST staff were friendly and hosted a great event. I would happily attend another.
