The team at Tomkar really helped us out (AutoIQ) we did a set of awards at the end of 2018, everything was last minute but the team got our awards done on time and even came in over the holidays to make sure we got them in time. Excellent service!

Asked for a new engraved plate for my trophy. Got a matte ink printed plate instead. Don’t sizes were wrong, not even close to what was asked for. Was planning to get a plaque made for my parent’s anniversary but don’t trust them to do a quality job.

Bought a new truss rod cover for my instrument and took it to Tomkar to have engraved. When I went to pick it up it was crooked, off centre and best of all it was upside down. Needless to say it would have been better to just light the $20 on fire as it would have been far less disappointing! if I could give zero stars I would. It is like they just do not care, if they were unsure they could have just called me, but instead they just did a poor job. Very unprofessional. Now I have to spend another $20 for a second truss rod cover. Talk about a deflating experience!

Always go here for our charity soccer tournament which our sister not for profit (FFTW Foundation) hosts and the service has always been good.Only mix up we had once was a few of our medals being given the wrong cover on the medal showing a different sport but we went back and they exchanged them for us.
