Main Focus Massage Therapy
I love that Main Focus is SUPER clean and tidy! I have really bad back pain due to my scoliosis and Cher has helped ease the pain and discomfort I feel almost every single day. I love going to Cher because she knows to use the right amount of pressure on me. I’m very sensitive and I find that other massage therapists I’ve went to, always go too hard and I’m left with bruises afterwards. I’ve never experienced that with Cher :)

Cher is amazing at what she does!! Her pressure is on point she's very knowledgeable how to best release tension in muscles in a painless and very relaxing way! Loved the massage!

Always have such a great time seeing both Ivy or April. I love how they both work on what your pains and aches are but each time I see them I leave feeling way less tense and just so much more relieved!!! Being a hairstylist it’s been so hard on our bodies but I would highly recommend seeing either one of these therapists to help avoid long term pain!!

Main Focus Massage Therapy
I’ve got a “nurse’s back”, stiff, sore… if I don’t get massages I always end up with migraines. Been looking for the right massage therapist for a while, till I stumbled on Ivy. She’s great! She gets all the right spots and I don’t even have to tell her where my sore spots on my back. She gives the right amount of pressure and makes sure the stiff areas are released. Highly recommend Ivy if you want a deep tissue massage!

I started seeing Ivy for hot stone for about a year and just recently went for cupping and she is amazing! She makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I always feel refreshed after my massage session. She responds quickly to any questions or concerns I have and I feel that she genuinely cares about her clients. The space on Erin Street is spacious, clean and comfortable. I have always had an amazing experience! I’m so happy I found her!

Ivy gives a very strong, targeted massage and works with you to target all your problem areas and is an absolute pleasure to spend an hour with. She is extremely knowledgeable with cupping treatment and I always leave feeling well taken care of. I am so happy to have found her and am already looking forward to our next visit.

Whenever I need a relaxing massage or a therapeutic one, I go and see Ivy. She is so friendly and always make sure to make me feel comfortable and definitely works out those muscles. Can’t stop raving about Ivy and main focus massage.
