If I could give this man a rating of 0, I would. Initially, he seemed professional and knowledgeable when we spoke on the telephone. When I dropped off my damaged phone, we briefly spoke at his doorstep. Fast forward 3 months and he never contacted me with an update. I called his number and no answer. I then tried him on Facebook, still no response. So, I decided to leave him a message stating I will have to call the RCMP, as I don't know how else to retrieve my phone. This prompted a quick reply, which was extremely rude, to say the least. He told me he is on vacation for two months and if I want my phone back
