I ate at the Subway in this Shell station today for lunch at around noon. By 5pm, fluids were spewing forth from both ends of me in a projectile-like fashion. My stomach was cramping and my head was pounding. Food poisoning. It had to have been the sub, as I skipped breakfast and did not consume anything (aside from the sub) during the day. It was a vegetarian sub I ate, so the veggies or cheese (or the chipotle sauce) must have been contaminated. It took me out of commission for nearly 5 hrs and I am still feeling terrible. Thanks Subway.

No roof, no paper towel, bank machine doesn't. Place in very bad repair. What's the gas like I wonder no not going to take a chance.

I was trying to break a $20 to get bus change, so I attempted to purchase a Big Turk, for about $2.10. The cashier informed me that he lacked the change to break my $20 (A $10, a $5, a toonie and some small change).Pathetic.Needless to say, I took my $2.10 to a real gas station.

This is our go-to gas station. Every time we interacted with staff, they were polite and helpful.Once the manager went above and beyond to help us with a personal issue. We lost a phone that day and we returned to check if anyone in there found it. It was late and we spoke through the window, and the manager immediately suggested she'd check the cameras to find out what happened to the phone. Her findings were helpful (although the phone wasn't actually lost at the station). Manager's attention to our issue, initiative and genuine desire to help us was well noted. This is a good customer service and a personal touch.Thank you!

Lady on the phone rudely hung up on me as I was still asking her questions. Not great customer service. I called Oct 13th at 8:54am.
