I had an issue with my laptop so Spencer was able to direct me on how to handle the situation and when I got the new PC he completely reformatted it to optimum specs. It was the first time I had seeked IT support so I was leery but to be honest I was blown away by his honesty and customer service. I 100% recommend Torch. Will definitely be my go to from now on! I needed a computer fixed urgently, the same day and Kevin was amazing. He picked it up and delivered it back to me at 9pm the same night. Their service is fantastic, so good I gave him our other laptop which was in much worse shape. The pricing is more than fair for the work that gets done. Highly recommend them to anyone needing a computer fixed.

Very nice service. We just moved here and didn't know who to call to fix my husband's computer. The computer was picked up, fixed and delivered back to us in less than 24 hours. It was certainly cheaper than going into Victoria. They are local young people who truly want to provide excellent customer service at a more than fair price. We will definitely use them again.

My computer was so filled with viruses (over 800) and super slow. I couldn't look up anything without getting a multitude of pop ups. Spencer fixed up all my issues and gave excellent service all while providing a fun filled atmosphere. I highly recommend his services.

The operating system on my Mac was 5 years out-of-date. I contacted Spencer for a quote on upgrading to the latest one as well as having all of my data transferred over. The quote came quick, and the work was completed within 24 hours. Very impressed. Will use again!

My experience with Computer Illiterate was amazing. With swift email correspondence we were quickly able to determine the majority of the issues along with a solution. Seemingly seconds later Kevin was at my door ready to pick up my computer and effect repairs. My computer was extensively damaged in a car accident and yet after the repairs my computer was running better than before the accident! Would definitely recommend, they are quick, efficient and allowed me to not even have to leave my house!

Spencer is the best! He does it all: he helped me and my partner upgrade to Windows 10, he set up great security for us, and recently he was able (miraculously) to retrieve a lost file for me. In person or remotely, Spencer is consistently polite, calm, friendly, and professional. He clearly explains what he is doing or suggesting, which is hugely reassuring whether you are a high-powered computer user or someone whose computer skills are pretty basic. His rates are very reasonable, and he is also amazingly prompt, getting back to you the same day. Best of all, he is an excellent communicator and a really nice guy. Spencer is amazing - five stars for sure!
