The staff are very friendly. But unfortunately I couldn't get my wheel balancing issues completely sorted. There was still a vibration at highway speeds after my first visit. Took it there a second time for a road test and they acknowledged the issue. The front tires were balanced and they again did a road test. I was informed that the vibration is almost gone and appears only at 130 kph on the highway. But when I took the car on the highway this weekend and hit around 115kph on the 401, I could still feel faint vibrations. It's better, but not completely fixed. I was hoping the issue was completely sorted after my send visit.Update: The issue was resolved when we swapped out the steel wheels and put in the summer tire alloys.As mentioned above, the staff are very friendly and professional. They try their best to resolve the issue.

I work in tires and have for 10 years and once was a service tech for a tirecraft before advancing to mining service. I’m a lot more qualified then the owner of this shop and he refused to change my tires on my trailer for rust on the surface of the wheels. Guy has no knowledge about what he’s doing and tried to tell someone like myself higher up the chain then him how it is even tho he has no clue. Guys a wannabe who rents a franchise name. I wouldn’t let him change a tire on my bicycle after seeing how pathetic his knowledge in the buisness is. Go elsewhere I promise you will have better service then this clown

Very happy with service.Job was done on time.Reasonably priced and friendly staff.

Called for a tire repair. Told them one tire had a couple of screws. The other I just wanted the bead broken. It needed a new valve which I would replace myself. They said they could do it. Left the tires and came back when they said I should. The tire that had screws in it they said was unrepairable and that I had to replace it. I asked if they do vulcanizing and they said they don’t. The serviceman then repeated to me am I going to leave it. I repeated can you fix it and he said no! This conversation repeated 3 times. Why leave it if you can’t fix it?Asked for the bill and was charged $28 plus tax for a valve! Paid and left. They will not get my business again!

Honestly amazing customer service!My girlfriend and I were stranded for two days after our car broke down, I randomly contacted them by phone when searching for garages in the area and we got lucky!The receptionist was very friendly on the phone and kind enough to find us a spot on the same day.Both mechanics were very kind and gentle when delivering the bad news that our engine was gone.Even though we were exhausted the whole experience was wonderful, they even helped us find a train for Montreal and accepted to keep our car a few days.Thank you again for your professionalism, kindness, transparency and time!

This experience can't be summed up with anything other than pathetic. Brought my truck in for a simple repair on the exhaust. Just under an hour later I am given a bill for close to $250.00, bill break down was as simple as $12 for parts, the rest for labor. So, I asked for clarity from the owner/manager how you have a posted shop rate hour and are charging me just about double that. That is when the nonsensical detached from reality answers started coming. Best one from the list was that the car had to be lifted on the hoist, this was presented to me as if that was something unusual in a mechanics shop. Once this manager started getting flustered with explaining the makeup of the bill the pinnacle of customer service was used, she hung up the phone. I can't really put my finger on what's the worst part of this experience, the customer service given or the fact they did the job and I still have the same issue as when I took it to them. I decided I will take it somewhere else to get it fixed properly to avoid a second round of thievery. Perhaps this could have all been avoided if I had gotten a quote on paper beforehand

Had a roadside flat. Put the spare on & drove to Nicholl’s for tire repair.The very friendly folks dropped everything, repaired & installed the tire, mounted the spare back under the truck and had me back on the road in minutes.Thanks Cole… great job.I’ll be the rest of the night trying to figure out how to get the jack back in place and still be able to fold the back seat down.

We would like to thank Ryan for getting us in quickly to repair our plow truck just before the storm last week. Time was of the essence as the storm was quickly approaching. Ryan delivered on his word and had our truck in and out in less than 24 hours. He was very professional and provided excellent service. I've never had a bad experience at Nicholls. Very friendly, approachable staff with a great sense of humour, it truly is a family owned business and they stand behind their work 100%. If there's an issue with the service, they'll fix it. And their Mascot (dog) is awesome! I'm very picky about where I take my car, but when I go there, I don't worry about anything. They've even worked around my schedule to ensure I was looked after. I highly recommend them!
