Very comfortable and screen environment. Patricia is very strong and knowledgeable. My aching muscles melting in her hands and came out refreshed. Very attentive service!

Quite expensive, but you get heated beds, cups, aroma and very nice service. They kept the location open past their closing time for my wife and I. So really happy about that.The let down was the massage. The masseuse used some kind of superficial suction thing and rubbed it across my back. It was like relaxing my skin.. but I didnt get any work on my muscles at all. I came in for my neck and shoulder, instead got my skin pulled/stretched... probably wanted to take it easy at the end of the shift. But $100+ for that is really not worth it.

Bad service, never take care of customer. Owner behaved rudeI went to get a massage, before I got the appointment I told them to get the pre- determination about payment from my insurance. They didn't do it, after I got massage, they told me, your insurance will pay $20 and you have to pay $80 from your pocket. Even the owner misbehaved me, he told me it's your duty to check insurance. If they do direct billing, they should take care of that too. I told them, you will never see me, he became happy. What kind of service is this? They remind me several times in last few days abut my appointment, but they never think about the money where they have all the tools. I recommend everyone, be careful if you want to take service from them.

The ladies at the front desk have always been pleasant and helpful to me. The place is very clean and beautiful. Brandy is awesome! The level of service I always get from her is par excellence. I am always impressed on her skills. It helps my back and hand injuries heal. Going to Body Therapy for a massage is always a good experience. Thank you, for excellent service!

Body Therapy is the absolute best. I go for massage, acupuncture and osteopathy (both locations). Every specialist I have seen is professional and I have never left disappointed. I’m also able to make last minute appointments when unexpected ailments arise. I swear my body relaxes the moment I walk in the door.One thing I appreciate is each massage therapist has their own style and execution. I have experienced many different therapists and the kind folks in the front expertly direct me to who can address my needs at that time. From prenatal to relaxation to Thai to a full on butt kicking, I’ve had them all here.I’ve also had two different male therapists that are super professional and can give me super deep massages / myofascial release - as a woman I have felt completely comfortable.Claire (I fear saying this as she is THAT GOOD and I don’t want her to be impossible to get an appt with) the acupuncturist is incredible. She includes additional services with her acupuncture like cupping and the AcuGraph reading which she’ll also email to you after your session. I always leave feeling amazing and cared for.Shout out to the amazing folks who work at the front desk. They are all kind and friendly. Ready with a smile or a kind word, they’ll answer any questions you have and steer you in the right direction. They process benefits on site (except for osteopathy which is out of their hands - that needs to be dealt with your provider) which is super helpful since I always forget to put my claims in in a timely manner.I have had so many positive experiences with Body Therapy and unfortunately haven’t always made time to get there (I tend to wait until I’m in pain to go - I’ll get better!).Don’t waste your benefits - get yourself to this amazing place!

First time coming here and had a great experience! Staff were friendly, and massage therapist (Meriah) made sure I felt comfortable throughout the session. Will definitely be back soon!

Tried this clinic on a whim for a deep tissue massage as my go-to RMT has been fully booked for weeks -- and I am blown away!Mwende Kamba is a phenomenal RMT! She's friendly, incredibly strong, and knows exactly how to relieve the knots in my body. I really appreciate how Mwende gives just the right amount of time for me to get settled into the bed before she knocks to enter -- many other RMTs will give 5-6 mins (much too long!) for me to change, which eats into the treatment duration.I've tried many, many, many RMTs in the city, and of the 10+ I've visited over the last 2 years, Mwende is one of my absolute favourites. I highly recommend booking her if you want an experienced professional and deep muscle relief!And lastly, the clinic is very well kept, super clean and comfortable.

I've had three massages here over the last 6 weeks (three different therapists) and they've all been fantastic. Patricia Pereira was the last therapist who worked on me during my last visit and I AM HOOKED. Patricia was extremely professional and took the time to thoroughly review my chart prior to the treatment to ensure the best possible experience. I have been getting massages on a regular basis for 25 years and I am blown away by my experience with Patricia. 5 STARS! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

All of the therapists are amazing; friendly, compassionate and truly care about your wellbeing. Everyone that works in this facility care about every individual that enters the doors.
