Working with Joe and Paula Santos of Creative Millwork was a pleasure! We love our kitchen, on-suite, bathrooms and Wet Bar that they designed with our contractor and us. Paula was thoughtful, patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She listened to our ideas and created the perfect design for our style and price range. Paula was quick to return emails or phone calls, answering our questions or concerns. Joe built beautiful cabinets of quality, paying attention to the details. His workmanship is very professional. Paula and Joe took the time to go over every detail so that nothing was missed!We were very pleased with the follow up we had with Creative Millwork when we were not satisfied with one of the cabinet drawers. They took care of it by ordering a new part and installed it promptly.Their workmanship and customer service was extraordinary. I would highly recommend Creative Millwork to anyone in the market for cabinets. You will be so happy with the products and service!

Creative Millwork designed our entire kitchen, 3 bathrooms, built in cabinets and bar areas of our home. Creative Millwork have done our last two homes in Penticton, and we cannot say enough about the quality of workmanship and service! They are experts at what they do, so we left many of the fine details to them and were extremely pleased with the final product! Working with their team was an absolute pleasure from start to finish and during the process they came up with many creative ideas for design and materials. If we build again, we will definitely use them again and we recommend them highly!

Excellent job as scheduled

Joe & Paula are amazing to deal with! They are always super helpful. The cabinets are always delivered on time! From an installer point of view they have the best built cabinets I have ever worked with. I have never worked with a shop that put bumpers on for the fillers! The attention to detail here is incredible! They actually care about the product they put out, not just profits like some of the other guys. Would highly recommend!!Kaden Kayce
