We use Advance Courier for ongoing packages. All I can say is WOW!!!! Danny has been our main man and he always shows up and goes ABOVE and BEYOND what I expect. I always expect GREAT customer service in any business and usually I am never satisfied with the level of customer service. However, Danny goes out of his way to ensure someone is home when delivering and he always has a bright beaming smile and is so friendly and always leaves an impression with my customers and myself! The best customer service I have ever received!! All my staff loves when he comes in, he is so friendly, kind and cheery! I would recommend them 10000%.

Highly recommend! When my brother failed to answer the door, Danny called me and I'm in Ontario! He waited patiently while I sorted things out. Customer service like this is hard to find. I 100% agree with the 5 star reviews…I accidentally forgot my demo bag at my sister’s in St. Albert. I needed it for my job so was able to get Advance to pickup the bag and drop it off at a local office that my company is associated with.The cost was inexpensive and the communication was above and beyond what I expected.I am happy I found Advance and will use them if I even need assistance in the Courier realm again.Thanks guys!

Wonderful Company. Theresa was an absolute pleasure to deal with . I had a pick up with a small window of time. She called me back , and it was no problem at all. When the Courier got to the address, my Sister-in law wasn't quite home yet, the courier waited for her. It wasn't a problem at all. Thank you so much for your friendly, accommodating service.
