Very friendly staff, got a top haircut. Definitely coming back

Please only go here with a finished design that the artist can simply print out and tattoo.Unfortunately the way bookings are made here does not allow the artist to plan the tattoo properly which is what you'd expect for the price. The artist I was given was also very uncomfortable with design alterations or anything that required him to draw. I tried contacting him prior to give him time to at least familiarise himself with the design but was ignored. I ended up with a rushed tattoo which I can't say I'm happy with and paid 1000€ for that privelege.

I have been today in this barbershop! it is an extraordinary place! both the staff and the place is amazing! all the employees of the place had the education to greet! despite not mastering the language The girl who attended me today had the total interest to understand what I wanted and give me her best service! and always with a smile! I have talked to my classmates about this place and some have told me that it is very expensive! And my answer to my friends was to tell them that they were wrong! In this place there are professionals! The staff is totally prepared for what each one does and I love to be able to tell them that knowledge in every career is not free! Every single thing we learn costs us a lot of time and money! In this place you don't charge for what you do! IN THIS PLACE YOU CHARGE FOR THE KNOWLEDGE AND EDUCATION ACQUIRED TO GET TO WHERE YOU ARE TODAY! Congratulations guys, you are extraordinary!

Absolutely amazing service and attention to detail. My favorite (and go-to) barber in Vienna.

I came to Vienna and to this beautiful tattoo shop end of January into early February for 3 full day session from Lisa Ammer, this is a beautiful place, staff are incredibly lovely and friendly, very accompanying with the teas and coffee. Excellent array of regular artists and guest artists, decor throughout is brilliant and a great friendly Vibe, would travel again without hesitation.

Booked an appointment months in advance and got assigned a tattoo artist. Contacted the tattoo artist as the studio advised weeks before my tattoo, and we agreed to meet a week before to discuss and finalise the design. Noting here I am completing a sleeve and there is a lot of work. No one reached out until I did 24 hours before hand and they said just come to the session, of course I cancelled. I am fully almost tattooed and this was not the proper client care or procedure, as I am not walking into a 1200 euros 8 hour session making my design in an hour or so. Also, 100 euros with this lack of care were refused to be returned to me and only if I book another slot. Unfortunate experience and I hope it did not happen to anyone else.

The staff were nice and were able to get me in to speak to the head of artists on the spot so to me, that was amazingThe only reason I backed out of getting a tattoo there, is that prices start at €180 (no matter how small) so to me, I thought is too expensive so nothing bad about the staff…. Just the priceI wish you guys all the best ;-)

Florin saved my hair which was a mess after a visit to another barber...He was super professional, listen my concerns and did an amazing job! Will come back for sure! All staff was also very nice and my appointment was right on time! Nice decor also. And great music in the background!
